Live Resin vs Liquid Diamonds — What’s Actually Different
This is the real distinction between the 1g and 2g lines, and it is not just size.
Live resin is made from cannabis that was harvested and frozen immediately, before drying or curing. Freezing preserves the volatile terpenes that normally evaporate during a cure, so the extract keeps the aroma the living plant had. That is what live resin is for: flavor and nose.
Liquid diamonds start from THCa crystalline — an isolated, very high-purity form of THC — dissolved back into a terpene-rich sauce. The crystalline is what pushes the potency ceiling higher than any plant extract reaches on its own.
Neither is a downgrade of the other. Live resin leads with terpene character; liquid diamonds lead with potency.
